Heat the syrup on medium high heat until it reaches a boil, do not stir.

Place a wooden spoon on top of the pot to prevent boiling over.

Heat the syrup until it reaches 240°F (115°C).

If you don't have a candy thermometer, use a glass of cold water to test the syrup's consistency by dripping some into the water and checking if it forms a soft ball.

Remove the syrup from heat once it reaches the right consistency.

Pour thin lines of syrup over the packed snow.

Place a popsicle stick on one end of each line and roll the syrup into a lollipop shape, pressing it into the snow to solidify.
