½ teaspoon saffron
1 teaspoon oil
2 teaspoons milk
3/4 cup warm water
Oil for frying
Date syrup
Sesame seeds for garnish

In a mixing bowl, combine the all purpose flour, corn flour, milk powder, yeast, baking powder, sugar, salt, ground cardamom, and saffron.

Add the oil and milk to the dry ingredients and mix well.

Gradually add the warm water to the mixture until a smooth batter forms.
