En un recipiente amplio, poner 330 gramos de harina de trigo.
Hacer un hueco en el centro y añadir 100 mililitros de agua tibia.
Agregar 7 gramos de azúcar y 4 gramos de levadura de panadería seca.
Añadir 120 gramos de yogur natural y 7 gramos de sal en uno de los bordes.
Mezclar bien todos los ingredientes.
Amasar la mezcla en la encimera con las manos limpias durante aproximadamente 10 minutos.
Hacer una bolita con la masa y colocarla en un recipiente aceitado.
Cubrir con plástico film o un paño y dejar reposar hasta que duplique su volumen (aproximadamente 2 horas).
Amasar ligeramente la masa para quitar el gas.
Dividir la masa en cuatro partes iguales y formar bolitas.
Dejar reposar las bolitas durante 10 minutos cubiertas con un paño.
Estirar cada bolita con un rodillo hasta que tenga aproximadamente 3 milímetros de grosor.
Calentar una sartén amplia a fuego alto.
Bajar el fuego a medio y colocar el pan en la sartén.
Cocinar hasta que aparezcan burbujas, luego dar la vuelta y cocinar por otros 30 segundos.
Retirar el pan de la sartén y repetir con el resto de las bolitas.
Opcionalmente, pintar los panes con mantequilla derretida.
