2 Tbsp. Sesame Oil
3 cups White Onion, finely chopped
8 oz. Mushrooms, sliced
4 cloves Garlic, minced
½ head Green Cabbage, thinly sliced
½ head Red Cabbage, thinly sliced
½ can Beef Broth
1 cup Fresh Bean Sprouts
¼ cup Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp. Fresh Ginger, peeled and grated
2 tsp. Ground Ginger
Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
3 cups Carrots, grated
1 package Cauliflower Rice, prepared as directed on package
1 bunch Green Onion, chopped
Sriracha, to taste
Sweet Chili Sauce, to taste
Sesame Seeds, for garnish
6 whole Eggs (optional for Jammy Eggs garnish)
