1 cup sugar
1 cup dried apricots, chopped
1 cup raisins
1 cup chickpeas, cooked
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1/2 cup pistachios, chopped
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon orange zest
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
1/2 cup almonds, chopped
1/2 teaspoon cloves

Soak wheat in water overnight, then drain and rinse.

In a large pot, combine soaked wheat with fresh water and bring to a boil.
