2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 pieces lavash bread
20g butter

Remove little stones out of lentils.

Boil 2 cups of water.

Fry 1 chopped onion in 4 tbsp vegetable oil until translucent.

Add 1 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp black pepper, and 1 tbsp turmeric, and fry for 2 minutes.

Add 1 cup of lentils and fry for 15 minutes.

Add 0.5 cup of water and 3 tbsp saffron, cook until the water evaporates and drain the lentils semi-cooked.

Boil 3 cups of water, and when it starts to bubble, add the drained lentils.

Cook for 15 minutes and drain.

In a pot, add 2 tbsp vegetable oil, 1 tbsp saffron, and 2 pieces of lavash bread.

Add some rice and 20g butter, then add the rest of the rice and another 20g butter.

Add 0.5 cup of water and cook on high heat for 10 minutes, then on low heat for 1 hour.

Add 20g butter and some saffron, and fry for 2 minutes.
