Olive oil reduces saturated fat and adds healthy fats.

Buying in bulk saves money.

Take 1/4 tsp of oil and put it into a microwave-safe glass bowl.

Add 1/4 cup of popcorn kernels to the bowl.

Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap and poke a few holes in the top.

Put the bowl in the microwave and set it for about 5 minutes.

Wait for the kernels to pop; when the pops slow down, it's time to take it out.

Use pot holders to take the bowl out as it will be super hot.

Transfer the popcorn into smaller bowls for different toppings.

For the first topping, grind salt in a coffee grinder until it becomes a superfine powder.

Sprinkle the powdered salt over the popcorn, then add a little bit of butter and toss it together.

For the second topping, grind salt, cinnamon, and sugar together in the coffee grinder.

Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the popcorn to taste and mix it up.

For a spicy topping, mix butter with hot sauce and pour it over the popcorn, tossing it together.

Optionally, sprinkle a chili spice mix on top for extra flavor.
