  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, chopped pecans, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds.
  3. 3In a separate bowl, mix together the maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, salt, and cinnamon until well combined.
  4. 4Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until everything is evenly coated.
  5. 5Spread the granola mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. 6Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through to ensure even browning.
