4 cups shredded cabbage
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 lb sausage
1 lb chicken breast
1 lb ground beef

In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.

Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.

Stir in the shredded green and purple cabbage, and carrots. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

Add the soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic powder, ginger powder, black pepper, and red pepper flakes to the skillet. Stir well to combine.

Continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.

Remove from heat and stir in the chopped green onions.

Serve hot, garnished with additional green onions if desired.
