Scalloped Potatoes and Ham

8-10 potatoes (russet)
shredded cheddar cheese
leftover Easter ham
cream of mushroom soup
cream of celery soup
milk

Scrub and dry the potatoes instead of peeling them.

Slice the potatoes thinly using a knife or mandolin.

Spray the slow cooker with cooking spray or use a slow cooker liner.

Layer the sliced potatoes in the bottom of the slow cooker.

Season the potatoes with salt and pepper.

Add a layer of shredded cheddar cheese on top of the potatoes.

Add a layer of leftover Easter ham on top of the cheese.

Repeat the layering process with more potatoes, salt, pepper, cheese, and ham until all ingredients are used.

In a bowl, mix together one can of cream of mushroom soup and one can of cream of celery soup.

Add milk to the soup mixture and stir until combined.

Pour the soup mixture over the layered potatoes and ham in the slow cooker.
