PIZZA cotta nel BBQ

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to desired thickness.

Brush one side of the dough with olive oil.

Place the oiled side down on the grill and cook until grill marks appear, about 2-3 minutes.

Brush the top side of the dough with olive oil and flip it over.

Spread pizza sauce evenly over the grilled side of the dough.

Sprinkle mozzarella cheese generously over the sauce.

Add desired toppings such as pepperoni, bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, and black olives.

Sprinkle parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes on top.

Close the grill lid and cook until the cheese is melted and bubbly, about 5-7 minutes.

Remove the pizza from the grill and let it cool for a minute.

Garnish with fresh basil before slicing.

Cut into wedges and serve warm.
