1

Add lamb meat and shrimp to a pot with diced onion, meat stock cube, curry powder, white pepper, black pepper, rosemary, blended onion, ginger, garlic, honey seed, and salt. Stir and cover to cook until soft.

2

Add two bay leaves to the meat mixture while cooking.

3

Prepare baobab leaf powder and dried okra in a separate bowl with dawadawa, kanwa, saltwater, and dried herring powder. Add a pinch of salt and chili pepper to taste.

4

Chop fresh tomatoes, onion, garlic, and ginger, then blend with canned chopped tomatoes and enough water.

5

Heat palm oil in a pan over medium heat, add diced onion and fry for two minutes, then add tomato puree and fry for another two minutes.

6

Add the cooked meat to the pan and let it cook with the stew for 30 minutes.

7

Boil water in a pot for the soup, add dried herring, dawadawa, and cover to boil for a minute.

8

Mix corn flour and cassava flour together in a bowl, then take half a cup of the mixture and mix it with water to create a smooth porridge.

9

When the water is boiling, add the porridge to the pot to make it thicker, then scoop some out and add the dry mixture to the porridge quickly to prevent lumps.

10

Adjust the consistency of the mixture to your preference by adding more porridge as needed, then scoop and wrap in clean foam.
