3 teaspoons water
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Grease a 6x9 baking dish.

Add 2 cups of quick oats to the baking dish.

Add 2 cups of rolled oats to the baking dish (note: rolled oats may require longer baking time).

Pour in 2 cups of plant milk (soy milk or coconut milk recommended).

Add 1/4 cup of pure maple syrup or brown sugar to the mixture.

Stir in 3 tablespoons of ground flax seed.

Add 1/3 cup of all natural peanut butter (or any nut butter of choice).
