Cut turkey necks into 1.5 inch pieces and wash with lemon juice and cool water.
Season turkey necks with Worcestershire sauce, sea salt, Caribbean green seasoning, chopped onion, Scotch bonnet pepper, and tomato; mix well.
Marinate turkey necks for a couple of hours or overnight if possible.
Heat 1.5 tablespoons of olive oil in a heavy cast iron pot over high heat.
Add 1.5 tablespoons of golden brown sugar to the pot and caramelize it until it turns a deep amber color, being careful not to burn it.
Add seasoned turkey necks to the pot and stir to coat with the caramelized sugar.
Cover the pot and cook on medium-low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add 5 cups of water to the pot, making sure to scrape up any marinade left in the bowl.
Bring to a boil, then add fresh thyme, coconut cream, allspice berries, and bay leaves.
Cover and reduce heat to simmer, cooking until turkey necks are tender.
