Heat some oil in a pan. Add the chopped onion and fry until golden.

Add the chicken pieces and sauté until lightly browned.

Stir in the spices: salt, turmeric, black pepper, and the bouillon cube.

Pour in water (as needed).

Add all the chopped vegetables.

Add the soaked round rice and cook until the rice and vegetables become soft.

Stir in chopped coriander and the juice of half a lemon (with peel if you like). Let it simmer for a few more minutes.
