200g (1/2 piece) chicken breast, skinned and cut into 2cm cubes

1 teaspoon of consommé
1 teaspoon grated garlic
salt and pepper

Peel and finely chop 1 new onion (150g).

If using regular onions, heat them in the microwave for 1 to 1.5 minutes before using.

Cut 200g (1/2 piece) chicken breast into 2cm cubes and optionally cut chicken skin into small pieces.

Beat the chicken with a knife to mince it.

Place the minced chicken in a bowl.

Add 1 tablespoon of sake, 2 tablespoons of potato starch, 1 teaspoon of consommé, 1 teaspoon grated garlic, salt, and pepper to the bowl.

Knead the mixture a little to combine.

Add the chopped onions to the bowl and mix evenly until the onions and chicken are well combined.

Pour olive oil into a frying pan and heat over medium heat (salad oil can be used instead).

Once the skillet and oil are hot, spoon the combined ingredients into a flat circle in the skillet.

Bake until the bottom is browned.

Return the mixture when it is cooked.

Cover with a lid and steam for 2 minutes over low-medium heat.
