1/2 tsp salt
4 green chilies (slit)
a few curry leaves
1/4 cup diluted tamarind puree
1 250 ml cup long grain basmati rice (cooked with salt)
1/2 tsp additional salt (to taste)
chopped coriander leaves (for garnish)
