Pinch of yeast

50 grams of butter
1 small onion
Half cucumber
1 large tomato
Fresh cilantro
2 spicy green pepper

Prepare the dough by mixing 1 cup of water, 1 tsp of salt, a pinch of yeast, and 2/1 cups of flour. Knead until smooth and let it rest.

Roll out the dough and cook it on a hot surface to make Fateer (bread).

Prepare the salad by chopping 1 small onion, half a cucumber, 1 large tomato, and adding fresh cilantro and 2 spicy green peppers.

Serve the Fateer with the salad and 2 cups of original yogurt, and drizzle with 200 grams of melted butter.
