Chop the peppers into desired size and shape.
Chop the smoked sausage.
Boil water in a pot, adding a bit of salt and cooking oil.
Transfer the pasta into the boiling water and allow it to boil for about 5 to 8 minutes depending on the pasta instructions.
Once the pasta is done, sift off the water and set it aside.
Season the shrimp with black pepper and garlic, mix, and set aside.
Heat a pot over fire and add a bit of cooking oil.
Add the seasoned prawns to the pot and stir, allowing them to cook for about 1 minute before flipping them to cook the other side.
Transfer the cooked prawns to a plate and add more oil to the pot.
Stir-fry the smoked sausage for about 2 to 3 minutes, then remove from the pot.
Return the pot to the heat and add more cooking oil.
Add the remaining chopped onion and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.
Add the chopped tomatoes and stir, allowing them to cook for 2 minutes.
Add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste and stir.
Add the chopped bell peppers and stir together.
Add spices: black pepper, curry powder, bouillon powder, and garlic powder, stirring and cooking for about 2 minutes.
Add the double cream and crème fraîche, stirring to mix well.
Grate some nutmeg into the pot for flavor and aroma, then stir.
Add the pre-cooked pasta to the mixture and stir together.
Cover and cook on low heat for 2 minutes.
Add the smoked sausage back into the pot and stir together.
Taste to see if salt is needed, adding it if necessary, and stir.
Cover and continue cooking on low heat for 3 more minutes.
Stir the pasta before serving, adding freshly diced parsley leaves for aroma and taste.
