Coffee extract adds flavor without alcohol.
Whisk together 5 egg yolks and 1/2 cup sugar.
Put some water in a big pan or bowl, and take another bowl that fits well but does not sink in.
Place the egg and sugar mixture bowl on top of the water and whisk for about 10 to 15 minutes on medium flame to cook the eggs evenly until it becomes clean.
In a separate bowl, whisk about 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream.
In a big bowl, combine the cooked egg mixture with 200 grams of mascarpone cheese and mix well.
Add the whipped cream a little at a time and fold well into the mixture.
In a separate bowl, mix 3 tablespoons of coffee powder with about 1.5 cups of hot water.
Dip the store-bought lady finger biscuits in the coffee mixture in a deep dish.
Cover the biscuits with a layer of the prepared mixture.
Layer with another layer of biscuits and another layer of the mixture, repeating until you prefer, but typically about two layers of biscuits and two layers of whipped cream.
Let the tiramisu set in the refrigerator overnight.
Just before serving, sprinkle generously with cocoa powder.
