Dissolve yeast in warm water and add to the flour mixture gradually.

Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Divide dough into equal balls and flatten each one.
Brush with oil and fold into a square.
Layer the squares on top of each other, brushing with oil in between.
Roll out each layered square into a thin pancake.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add oil.
Cook each pancake until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Serve warm with honey or jam.
