- 6Carefully flip the quesadilla using a spatula and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the other side is golden brown and the cheese is fully melted.
- 7Remove from the skillet and let it cool for a minute before cutting into wedges.
- 8Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and filling ingredients.
- 9Serve warm with sour cream and salsa on the side.
