1/2 cup sugar (100 g)
2 large eggs
115 g unsalted butter
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons rose water
1/8 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
1/2 cup milk (120 ml)
10-12 strands saffron (optional)
1&1/4 cup icing sugar
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1-2 tablespoons water
