Traditionally enjoyed as a quick meal or appetizer, these kebabs are often served with chutneys or naan. Today, they have gained popularity beyond borders, with various adaptations found in Indian and Middle Eastern cuisines.

Mash the boiled potatoes until smooth.
Chop the boiled eggs and mix with the mashed potatoes.
Add salt, chili flakes, garam masala, cumin powder, turmeric powder, chat masala, chopped coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chillies, and finely chopped onion to the mixture.
Mix well to combine all ingredients.
Form the mixture into patties or kebabs.
Coat each kebab with corn flour for a crispy texture.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat until shimmering.
Fry the kebabs in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
