1 cup smoked sausage, sliced
4 hot dogs, sliced
1 cup green bell pepper, chopped
1 cup red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup red onion, chopped
1/2 cup white onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 scotch bonnet pepper, minced
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 cup pasta water
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
4 large eggs
1/4 cup ketchup

Salt the pasta water liberally and bring it to a boil.

Add the spaghetti to the boiling water in a circular motion to prevent sticking.

Stir the pasta gently with a wooden spoon and boil uncovered until al dente.

Drain the pasta, saving about a quarter cup of the pasta water for later use.

In a large frying pan, add a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil and fry the smoked sausage and hot dogs until dark brown.
