Honey offers a natural sweetness, while brown sugar is cost-effective.
Break the eggs.
Warm the milk over medium heat and add granulated sugar.
When it melts, remove it from the fire.
Add milk to the eggs and mix.
Drip vanilla essence and mix.
Strain with a strainer and put in a heat-resistant container.
Place them side by side on the top plate, wrap them in plastic wrap, and leave them at room temperature.
Divide the eggs into egg yolk and egg white, and put the egg whites in the refrigerator.
Add granulated sugar to the egg yolk and mix until whitish.
Add melted butter and mix.
Sift the cake flour and baking powder and mix until it is no longer powdery.
Take the egg whites out of the refrigerator, whisk and mix the granulated sugar in several batches to make a fine meringue.
Scoop the meringue, put it in a bowl of egg yolk and mix.
Add all the remaining meringue and mix from bottom to top so as not to crush the air bubbles.
Pour the dough into a piping bag and squeeze it on the pudding.
Pour boiling water on the top plate.
Bake at 160 degrees for 50 minutes in a preheated oven.
