Mix warm water, salt, and vegetable oil in a bowl.

Add 1 tablespoon of salt to a large pot of boiling water.

Drop the vareniki into the boiling water and cook until they float, then for an additional 1-2 minutes.

Drain the vareniki and serve with 1 teaspoon of butter and sour cream.
