In a pressure cooker add mutton, yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, salt, turmeric, and red chili powder.

Mix them well and ensure a whistle on high flame.

Cook for 10-15 minutes on medium to low flame with the lid closed.

Open the lid and cook until all excess water gets dried.

In a bowl, add gram flour, salt, chat masala, food color, and gram masala.

Add some water and make a fine batter, then coat the roasted mutton with it.
