Avocado oil is healthier, while sunflower oil is more budget-friendly.
Soak moong beans and moor beans in water overnight.
After soaking, tie them in a muslin cloth and place in an oven overnight for warmth to sprout.
In the morning, check the sprouts; they should be well sprouted.
Add hot water to the sprouts and let them sit for 10 minutes, then drain the water completely.
In a bowl, combine the drained sprouts, chopped green chili, diced tomato, chopped onion, grated carrot, and diced cucumber.
Add roasted peanuts, blanched almonds, and walnuts to the mixture.
Mix in fresh chopped coriander.
Add black salt, chaat masala, and roasted cumin powder for seasoning.
Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the salad and mix well.
Drizzle with sesame oil and mix again.
Serve immediately or store in the fridge for later use.
