Heat cooking oil in a kadai (wok).

Add ginger garlic paste to the oil and sauté lightly.

Add 300-400 grams of boneless chicken, cut into small cubes, to the ginger garlic paste and sauté until the chicken is cooked through.

Add 1 tablespoon salt, 1 tablespoon chili flakes, 1 tablespoon coriander powder, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon chili sauce, and 1 tablespoon hot sauce to the chicken and mix well.

Cover the kadai and cook on medium flame for 10-12 minutes until the chicken is cooked and has released its juices.

Remove the lid and check the chicken; it should be almost done.

Add 1-1.5 tablespoons of yogurt to the chicken and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes until the water is absorbed.

Transfer the cooked chicken to a bowl and add chopped onion, capsicum, olives, and pizza sauce; mix everything well to prepare the filling.

Take spring roll wrappers and place some filling inside; roll them up and seal the edges with egg or water.
