2 whole fish (such as snapper or sea bass)
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 lemon, sliced
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 onion, sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Clean and gut the fish, then rinse under cold water and pat dry.

In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, olive oil, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Rub the garlic mixture all over the fish, including inside the cavity.

Place the sliced onions and bell peppers in the bottom of a baking dish.

Lay the fish on top of the vegetables and stuff the cavity with lemon slices and chopped parsley.

Drizzle any remaining olive oil mixture over the fish and vegetables.

Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.

Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Garnish with additional parsley and serve hot.
