Pepperoni pizza rolls are a beloved American snack, often enjoyed at parties and gatherings. This dish combines the classic flavors of pepperoni pizza into a portable, bite-sized form, making it a favorite for both kids and adults. Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface until thin.
  3. 3Cut the dough into squares, about 3 inches on each side.
  4. 4Place a slice of pepperoni and a small amount of mozzarella cheese in the center of each square.
  5. 5Add a teaspoon of pizza sauce on top of the cheese.

  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2Wash and scrub the russet potatoes thoroughly. Prick them with a fork several times.
  3. 3Rub the potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Place them directly on the oven rack and bake for 45-60 minutes, or until tender.
  4. 4Remove the potatoes from the oven and let them cool for about 10 minutes.
  5. 5Once cool enough to handle, cut each potato in half lengthwise and scoop out some of the flesh, leaving about 1/4 inch of potato on the skin.
  6. 6Brush the insides of the potato skins with olive oil and season with black pepper.
  7. 7Place the potato skins on a baking sheet, cut side up. Fill each skin with shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
  8. 8Return the filled potato skins to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
