Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface until thin.
- 3Cut the dough into squares, about 3 inches on each side.
- 4Place a slice of pepperoni and a small amount of mozzarella cheese in the center of each square.
- 5Add a teaspoon of pizza sauce on top of the cheese.
- 6Fold the dough over to form a triangle and press the edges to seal.
- 7Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, oregano, and basil.
- 8Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with cornmeal.
- 9Beat the egg and brush it over the top of each roll.
- 10Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
- 11Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
- 12Serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.

- ●1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ●1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- ●1/2 cup sour cream
- ●1/4 cup chopped green onions
- ●1/4 tsp black pepper
- ●1/4 tsp salt
- ●2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2Wash and scrub the russet potatoes thoroughly. Prick them with a fork several times.
- 3Rub the potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Place them directly on the oven rack and bake for 45-60 minutes, or until tender.
- 4Remove the potatoes from the oven and let them cool for about 10 minutes.
- 5Once cool enough to handle, cut each potato in half lengthwise and scoop out some of the flesh, leaving about 1/4 inch of potato on the skin.
- 6Brush the insides of the potato skins with olive oil and season with black pepper.
- 7Place the potato skins on a baking sheet, cut side up. Fill each skin with shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
- 8Return the filled potato skins to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- 9Remove from the oven and top with sour cream and chopped green onions before serving.
