Gözleme is a traditional Turkish dish, often enjoyed as a street food or snack. Originating from the nomadic cultures of Anatolia, it features simple, fresh ingredients wrapped in thin dough. Today, gözleme is popular not only in Turkey but also in various Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisines, with numerous fillings ranging from savory to sweet.

Mix all-purpose flour, salt, and water in a bowl until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth, about 5-7 minutes.
Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté chopped onion until translucent.
Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
Stir in chopped spinach, black pepper, and parsley, cooking until spinach wilts.
Remove from heat and let the filling cool slightly before mixing in crumbled feta cheese.
Divide the rested dough into equal portions and roll each into a thin circle.
Spread a portion of the filling on one half of each dough circle.
Fold the dough over to create a half-moon shape, sealing the edges by pressing firmly.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook each gözleme for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Serve warm with a side of yogurt mixed with minced garlic and lemon juice.
