2 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 leeks, washed and thinly sliced
3 celery stalks, washed and diced
9 cups tomato juice
2 cups water
1 tablespoon of brown sugar
1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
1 pound white beans in tomato sauce, baked beans
4 oz. sun-dried tomatoes in thin strips
2 beef stock cubes
3 Maggi cubes
1 pound of ground beef
1 sliced smoked sausage (kielbasa)
Pepper and salt
Parsley, finely chopped
Leek, washed, and cut into thin rings

Heat a soup pot with oil over medium heat.

Add the onion and cook for three minutes until translucent.

Put the garlic into the pot and stir well for 30 seconds.

Add the leek and celery to the pan and fry for three minutes, stirring occasionally.

Pour the tomato juice and water into the pan and add the brown sugar, chili sauce, and sweet soy sauce.

Pour the white beans into the pan and add the sun-dried tomatoes and all the stock cubes.

Bring to a boil and lower the heat. Simmer for 45 minutes.

Meanwhile, roll meatballs into balls. Add the minced meat and smoked sausage to the pan and let it simmer for another 15 minutes.

Taste and season the soup with salt and pepper.

Serve the soup in bowls and garnish with some finely chopped leek and parsley.
