Lasagna Roll Ups

11 to 12 lasagna noodles
1 pound ground beef
2 cups marinara sauce
2 cups mozzarella cheese
16 ounces ricotta cheese
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh italian parsley
1/2 tablespoon chicken bouillon
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon italian seasoning

Boil water in a pot and add salt.

Once boiling, add lasagna noodles and cover until tender.

Drain hot water and rinse noodles with cold water to stop cooking.

In a pot, heat olive oil and sauté garlic and onion until translucent.

Add ground beef and cook until no longer pink.

Season with salt, pepper, oregano, italian seasoning, and chicken bouillon.

Pour in marinara sauce and let simmer for about 10 minutes.

In a bowl, mix mozzarella cheese, grated parmesan cheese, ricotta cheese, egg, and italian parsley.

Spread a layer of ground beef sauce at the bottom of a baking dish.

Take a lasagna noodle, spread cheese mixture on it, and add some meat sauce before rolling it up.

Place rolled lasagna in the baking dish and repeat until all noodles are used.

Spread remaining sauce over the lasagna rolls and top with more mozzarella cheese.

Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
