4 cups water
1 medium onion
1 tablespoon ginger
3 cloves garlic
1 green chili
1 medium tomato
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons oil
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons lemon juice

Soak the mixed beans overnight in water.
