Grease a cake tin or plate with melted butter or margarine.
Add the ingredients in a mixing bowl (microwaveable) and ensure to stir properly.
Place the bowl in the microwave and heat the mixture for a minute, then remove and stir. Repeat this procedure for 5 times.
Add the milk mixture into the greased cake tin/plate, spreading it evenly.
Sprinkle 100's and 1000's on top.
Place the milk barfi in the fridge for 2 hours before serving.
