Prepare the syrup by adding 2 cups of water and 1.5 cups of sugar, then stir until dissolved.
Simmer the syrup for about 15 minutes, then pour it into a baking dish and add one packet of vanilla, mixing well.
Set the syrup aside to cool.
Prepare the cake by adding 3 eggs and 0.5 cup of granulated sugar, whisking well for about 2 minutes.
Add 0.5 cup of vegetable oil, 1 cup of walnuts, and 1 cup of shredded coconut, mixing quickly.
Add 1 cup of breadcrumbs and 1 packet of baking powder, stirring quickly to combine.
Grease the baking dish with oil and pour the cake batter in, smoothing it out with a spatula.
Preheat the oven to 325°F for 5-10 minutes.
Bake the cake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes, keeping an eye on it as baking times may vary.
Once baked, pour the cooled syrup over the cake immediately after taking it out of the oven.
Let the cake cool completely at room temperature before refrigerating.
Prepare the cream by adding 1 liter of milk, 1 cup of cornstarch, 0.5 cup of sugar, and 1 packet of vanilla sugar to a pot, stirring until it boils.
Cook the cream on low heat for another 1-2 minutes until thickened, then transfer to a bowl.
Add 1 packet of whipping cream to the thickened cream and whisk well.
Pour the cream over the cooled cake and smooth it out with a spatula.
Sprinkle shredded coconut on top for decoration and refrigerate before serving.
