1 teaspoon chopped ginger
3-4 green chilies
1 medium onion
1 large bell pepper
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 1/2 teaspoons hot sauce
1/2 teaspoon dark soy sauce
1 cup water
2 tablespoons cornflour slurry
fresh coriander for garnish
