2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
4 slices of bread (white, whole grain, or your choice)
Lettuce leaves (optional)
Tomato slices (optional)
Pickles (optional)

In a medium bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, celery, and red onion.
