Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Prepare a baking pan of 18 cm diameter & 10 cm high by greasing it.
In a large bowl, mix cottage cheese until smooth.
Add sugar and continue mixing until well incorporated.
Mix in eggs one at a time, ensuring each is fully blended before adding the next.
Stir in sour cream, vanilla flavour, and lemon and orange zest until smooth.
In a separate bowl, combine cornstarch; gradually add to the cottage cheese mixture.
Fold in raisins.
Pour the filling over the crust in the baking pan.
Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the center is set and slightly jiggly.
Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside for 1 hour.
Remove from the oven and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
