1

Start by seasoning the shrimps with no all-purpose seasoning and black pepper; stir and set aside to marinate.

2

Chop the bell peppers into tiny bits for the fried rice.

3

Add green peas to the chopped bell peppers and season with all-purpose seasoning and aromat; stir and set aside.

4

Chop the carrots into small pieces and season them the same way as the bell peppers; set aside.

5

Wash the basmati rice thoroughly under hot running tap water until the water is clear.

6

In a pot, add a little vegetable oil and preheat it; then add chopped onions and cook for 1-2 minutes.

7

Add minced garlic and chopped carrots to the pot; cook for 1 minute.

8

Add the remaining chopped veggies (bell peppers and green peas) to the pot; stir and cook for 2 minutes.

9

Remove the veggies from the pot and set aside.

10

In the same pot, add more cooking oil, a teaspoon of dried thyme, and a tablespoon of curry powder; stir together.

11

Add the washed basmati rice to the pot and stir to coat with the oil and spices for 1-2 minutes on low heat.

12

Pour in the turkey broth and enough water to cover the rice; stir and check for seasoning, adding more salt if necessary.

13

Cover the pot and cook on medium heat until the rice is cooked through.

14

Once the rice is cooked, add the reserved veggies and seasoned shrimps to the pot; stir together.

15

Add the boiled and air-fried liver (optional) to the rice; stir and cover the pot.

16

Cook for an additional 5 minutes on medium-low heat to finish cooking the shrimps and combine flavors.

17

Garnish the fried rice with chopped spring onions before serving.
