Heat a medium-high heat skillet and drizzle a little bit of olive oil.
Add bell peppers and onion to the skillet and stir for a few minutes.
Add garlic and stir until fragrant, then add shaved ribeye steak.
Stir the steak in the skillet, adding more oil if necessary to prevent sticking.
Add onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, Creole seasoning, and Italian seasoning to the steak mixture and stir.
Pour in Worcestershire sauce and mix well.
Add about 1 tablespoon of water to create a sauce, then add a little bit of cornstarch and more water if needed to make it saucy.
Stir until the mixture is moist and not dry, then remove from heat.
Slice garlic Parmesan bread in the middle and prepare a mixture of unsalted butter and Italian seasoning.
Drizzle the butter mixture over the sliced bread.
Add the cooked ribeye mixture onto the bread.
Top with provolone cheese.
Transfer the sandwich to a baking dish and bake in the oven at 350°F for about 5 to 10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
