1 tsp honey

50g well-drained corn kernels
2 tbsp chopped green onions

Marinate 200g (7oz) thinly sliced beef in half of the sauce for 10 minutes, ensuring every piece is well-coated.

Pack 330g of cooked rice into a bowl and turn it out in the center of a large frying pan, pressing it down slightly.

Grind fresh black pepper generously over the rice.

Top the rice with 50g of well-drained corn kernels, 2 tbsp of chopped green onions, and a pat of butter.
