blend the cooked rice with 2 cups of water then mix it well with the rice flour
add the coconut milk, sugar, salt, and chicken bullion and mix well then add in the chopped green onion
in a hot skillet add oil, add the mixture, then cover for 2 min, let it cook and flip it again after another 2 until all sides are evenly cooked.
serve with fish sauce and enjoy!
