3 Cups Flour
2 tbls Yeast
4 tbls Sugar
1 1/2 cups Water
1 tsp Oil
Oil for frying
2 Cups or 1lb of Channa
1/4 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Baking soda
2 tsp Anchor massla
Green seasoning
All Purpose Seasoning Salt
Salt to taste
1 tsp for Soaking channa
10 Leaves of Shado Beni
4 Cloves of Garlic
1 Lime
Piece of hot pepper
1 CUCUMBER

In a Medium sized bowl add flour, yeast and sugar.

Mix all those above ingredients together.

Then add the water gradually as you mix, until the dough is really soft.

Knead the flour a bit.

Add a drizzle of oil and knead that oil into the flour.

Smoothen the dough and allow to rest for 3 to 5 hours.

After the dough finished resting, break out small pieces of the dough and rest them on a greased surface.

Put oil in a pot and heat until smoking.

Stretch out the Bara balls and fry each Bara.

Cover the Bara in a Kitchen towel.

Place water in a bowl with some baking soda and soak the Channa overnight.

After soaking, pour out the water and wash the Channa.

Pour water into a pot and add the channa.

Boil the channa together with baking powder and baking soda until soft.

Add amchar Massala, Green Seasoning, Seasoning salt and salt to taste.

Blend Shado Beni leaves, Garlic, Hot pepper, Salt, Lime juice and a little water together for the condiment.

Grate Cucumbers fine and mix with green seasoning and salt.
