1

Clean the smoked turkey wings and turkey necks by removing feathers and excess fat, then rub with lime juice and white distilled vinegar.

2

Rinse the cleaned meat and pour boiling water over the cow foot, turkey necks, and beef neck bones to remove impurities and tenderize.

3

Marinate the meat with lime juice, Goya marinade, chicken bouillon, olive oil, and salt; let it marinate overnight or for at least 4 hours.

4

Pressure cook the cow foot for about 1 hour and 45 minutes until tender.

5

Prepare vegetables: peel and wash eggplant, green squash, carrots, and spinach.

6

In a pot, add the pressure-cooked meat, bay leaves, cloves, fresh parsley, fresh thyme, and all the chopped vegetables.

7

Cover the pot (using aluminum foil or a plastic bag if necessary) and cook for 45 minutes to 1.5 hours until the vegetables are tender, without adding water.
