Mix the ingredients together until combined.
Knead the dough by hand for 5-10 minutes until smooth and elastic, or use a mixer with a dough hook for 5-10 minutes.
Place the kneaded dough in a clean bowl and cover with a wet kitchen towel; let rise in a warm place for about 1-1.5 hours until doubled in size.
Shape the dough into loaves or rolls and place in greased baking pans.
Let the shaped dough rise for another 30-45 minutes.
Preheat the oven 20 minutes before baking.
Bake the bread until golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.
