Welcome to my kitchen. Today we're making basic sandwich bread using an electric stand mixer.

Add 560 g of bread flour to a mixing bowl.

Add 6 g of salt to the flour and whisk it together.

Microwave 330 g of milk for about 40 seconds until warm.

Add 50 g of sugar to the warm milk.

Add yeast to the milk and sugar mixture and stir.

Add the egg to the mixture and combine everything in the bowl.

Mix the ingredients in the stand mixer until well combined, keeping an eye on the consistency.

Knead the dough in the mixer for 10 minutes.

Grease a bowl with butter and place the dough inside, covering it with a cloth.

Put the dough in the oven with the oven light on for about 1 hour to rise.

After 1 hour, turn the dough out onto a clean surface and flatten it.

Roll out the dough to remove air bubbles and shape it for the loaf pan.
