1 medium English cucumber
2 medium tomatoes
1 cup flat leaf parsley
1/2 cup mint
1 small onion
2 cloves minced garlic
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon citric acid
